[About repair processing]

We will not be able to compensate for damages caused by the following items.

Damage to a manufacturer not handled by this shop.

If you wear a repaired item and have allergies.

Cancellations will not be accepted after the repair is accepted.

[About stones] We are not responsible for the quality and condition of stones such as diamonds. When we keep it, we will keep it with the contents such as clear stone or colored stone. We do not take any responsibility for stone removal (stone removal) after repair.

[ Payment and delivery] The payment method will be cash on delivery or bank transfer. The transfer fee will be borne by the customer. * In the case of transfer, we will ship after confirming payment. Delivery will be shipped by Sagawa Express. The shipping fee will be borne by the customer. * Please bear the customer's handling fee and responsibility for shipping from the customer.

[Delivery date] We will inform you of the approximate delivery date at the time of quotation, but there may be some discrepancies depending on the repair content. Delivery may be delayed for our vacation period (year-end and New Year holidays, Obon festival, summer vacation).

[Custody period] If you do not pick up the product for more than 6 months after notifying you that the repair has been completed, we will dispose of it.

[Others] Compensation for damages will not be accepted in the following cases. If our shop does not have a direct responsibility (earthquake, social situation, etc.), we will not take any responsibility. We do not accept compensation for mental or intangible damages or compensation.
